This page describes the methods used to manage the website www.lanuovamontanina.it with regard to the processing of the personal data of all those who interact with the web service. The information is provided pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003 (hereinafter the Privacy Code), and it applies only to the website in question and not to any other website users may subsequently consult using links, for which Hotel La Nuova Montanina can in no way be held responsible.

PROCESSING OPERATIONS AND THE RELEVANT PURPOSES

All the personal information provided by you is freely given. The information you give us by sending an e-mail and/or by filling in the registration form will be used exclusively to answer your questions or to meet any requests you have made. Subject to demonstration of your freely-given and specific consent, our organisation may use your personal data for the purposes of sending you information of a promotional and commercial nature, by post or telephone and/or electronically by e-mail, fax, SMS or MMS message or newsletter, or by automated systems. This information will relate to new products or services with the aim of improving our service to you or to present you with special offers, in all cases directed at your personal needs and in order to offer you new opportunities that may be of interest to you. PROCESSING METHODS

Personal data may be processed with or without the aid of electronic and automated means and this includes all the operations necessary for the processing in question provided for by Article 4, paragraph 1, letter a) of Italian Legislative Decree 196 of 30 June 2003. NAVIGATION DATA

The IT systems and the software procedures put in place for the operation of this website will, as part of their normal function, acquire some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of internet communications protocols. This information is not gathered in order to be associated with identified persons, but by its very nature it may enable the user to be identified by means of processing and association with data held by third parties.
